• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Directions

By Train
From Santa Lucia station:
Take the public boat (vaporetto) - lines 1 or 2 - to the Calle Vallaresso stop (the closest stop to the hotel). From here, ask for Teatro La Fenice; the hotel is in front of it.

From the Airport:
Take a bus from the Airport to Piazzale Roma and than take the Vaporetto (as indicated above) or take the direct boat from the airport to Piazza San Marco.
