A budget bed and breakfast, located in the heart of the city centre, just off of Piccadilly Gardens and within very close walking distance of both main rail stations, the coach depot and the City Metro system.

Perfect choice, for the budget conscious traveller, whether your trip is for business or pleasure. We have an on site Internet Facility open until late for guests. Secure parking is located opposite Piccadilly Train Station (5 minutes walk from hotel). Please note that the hotel does not own the car park and is run by ncp.

We have a meeting room available upon request and subject to availability for up to 20 delegates. Details on request. Visiting the city on holiday, you will find a host of places to see and things to do right on your doorstep. Ranging from theatres, museums, world class shopping and of course, Manchester's famous nightlife with over 450 bars and restaurants located in the city centre alone. The hotel is under new ownership. The building is being upgraded. Many of the rooms are en suite and all come with colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. No lift.

Please note Hotel is totally non smoking.

The hotel is located in a characterful building and provides clean and economic accommodation with some rooms overlooking Piccadilly Gardens. The hotel operates a no-smoking policy. The hotel does not have a lift.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All payments must be made directly to the hotel upon check-in.

The Hotel will charge 3% surcharge for all credit card payments.

Please note that the hotel accepts VISA and MasterCard for booking purposes however Maestro may be used to pay on arrival. Amex is not accepted at the hotel or for confirmation.

From Saturday to Thursday, the hotel reception is open from 07:30 to 22:00. Guests who would like to stay out later than this time may obtain a key/card to the main door for a deposit of GBP 10. The GBP 10 deposit will be returned upon production of a valid receipt.

Reception is open all night on Fridays.

Directions

By Car:
- From the A57 take the A6 (London Road).
- When you reach the A62 (Newton Street), take a left.
- The hotel is situated before Lever Street (on the A62).

Parking:
A secure NCP car park is situated a 5 minute walk away, opposite Piccadilly Train Station. Charges will apply.
